The organisation of our activities in centres is the result of both a professional and a market approach. The agricultural centre thus encompasses the primary roles, the original professions and productions of the group - which at that time was a co-operative distillery.
As a stakeholder in sustainable agricultural development, the Grap’Sud co-operative group collects and treats the co-products from the wine-producing sector as a service to the member co-operatives. The co-products, composed principally of grape marc and wine lees, are traditionally intended for alcohol production.
After the distillation of the matters collected and the extraction of molecules that are of interest to the other centres, the remaining matters are recovered for different agricultural or agro-industrial markets in a circular economy approach.
